If your unit comes with “SuperCool Coverage” it extends the VoltAire manufacturers warranty an additional year beyond VoltAires own coverage giving you peace of mind should something go wrong.
Orders that you submit online are processed immediately and may not be possible to cancel immediately. You may need to wait until you receive the merchandise in order to return it.
All units sold with Super Cool Coverage come with simple returns, refunds and/or exchanges. Once a unit is delivered to you, you can return that item within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your equipment must be in good to similar the condition you received it in. Original packaging is nice but isn’t necessary. The pallet you're equipment shipped on, or one similar, will be required for a return.
To initiate a return please email [email protected] or call +1 (844) 925-5668 and have your quote/order number available so we can help coordinate the refund, replacement and/or return or you. We will require a receipt or proof of purchase to accompany the return.
Return shipping will be coordinated by Super Cool Company.
After We have received your valid return, We will send you an email to notify you that We have received your returned item. We will provide one of the following within a reasonable time: an exchange of merchandise for the item returned, a non-transferable merchandise credit, a credit to the payment card or original method of payment used to pay for the item, or check.
